I know all too often we feel as mothers that we have to play the part of Mrs.Cleaver. You know what I mean; hair pulled up with bangs sweeping to the side, cute cardigan and knee length skirt with cute flats. WRONG! Sometimes it is nice to remember we are still young women who happen to have kids. I still love finding great graphic tees that have cute saying or even ones with a snarky saying(more my style)! So when I came across Southern Brand tees (southernbrand.com) I knew I had to have one. I mean I am a gal from deep south Louisiana so southern I most certainly am!

I love the site for many reasons: 1.) It was a one stop shop for my whole family. 2.) The sayings were not something you would see in your general tee store. 3.) They were not cheaply made(a quality anyone can appreciate)! One shirt that I thought was perfect for me was the “Southern Belle” shirt in white and with red lettering. I also found the cutest shirt for my Little Cute Face with the saying “I’m the only heck my mama raised.” Though my hubby may tell you I raise all kind of heck! Do I now own both of these shirts…YEP!

As moms we do not have to stop being fashionable just because we have a drooling kiddo on the hip. We all need to embrace our inner fashionista and so put on a fun tee and maybe some pigtails! You can always pull out the cardigans for those stuffy PTA meetings!
