Brides- and grooms-to-be are invited to their local Belk store for a fun-filled Engagement Party from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, February 18. The event will feature free food, entertainment, beverages and fabulous prizes. Each store’s certified bridal consultants will be on hand to give advice and help couples determine what items they need for their new home and life together. Consultants will help guests create a personal registry for their gift selections, including fine and casual china, silverware, crystal as well as cookware, kitchen essentials, bedding and bath items and more.
This event is free and open to the public.
Engaged couples will receive a Wedding Registry Planner and those who create a new Belk wedding registry or add items to an existing registry will be eligible for a $25 Belk gift card and will be entered into drawings for the following prizes:
1. Two travel vouchers for airline tickets or a cruise ($1,200 value)
2. $1,000 in cash
3. One of five $1,000 Belk gift cards
4. Two nights at the Biltmore Inn in Asheville, N.C. ($2,500 value)
5. One 18” 7-7 ½ mm Akoya pearl strand ($900 value)
